What will you do as a Marketing Generalist at Oxla?
Online Marketing:
- Develop and implement online marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the Sales and Product teams across various digital platforms targeting right groups.
- Coordinate inbound marketing efforts.
- Utilize SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and drive website traffic.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies to optimize results.
Social Media Coordination:
- Create and manage content for social media channels mostly LinkedIn and Twitter (posts, videos, graphics), ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Coordinate social media traffic by engaging with the community in comments.
- Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase engagement and follower growth.
- Coordinate content calendar and production process, including collaboration with internal and external content creators.
Event Planning and Communication:
- Plan, organize, and execute online and offline events, such as webinars, international conferences, meetups, hackathons, and product launches.
- Identify industry events, particularly targeted at database and data industries.
- Coordinate event logistics and administration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align events with overall company marketing strategies.
- Handle global PR and external communication efforts.
What is a must-have to do the job effectively?
- Around 5 years experience in a similar position, preferably in IT industry and B2B products
- Communicating in English (B2 at least)
- Familiarity with analytical tools, especially Google Analytics
- Solid understanding of various online marketing channels, email marketing, and content marketing
- Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
What will be nice to have that you can bring to the table?
- Previous experience in startup environments
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools such as HubSpot
- Freedom to choose and implement the marketing tools you consider necessary and relevant
- Analytical skills to identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira
